Will i go back to my mum if my aunt doesn't win the custody battle?

Okay well me and my mum live with my aunt and i don't want to go into it all but my aunt has seen the way my mum treats me and were going to the courthouse tomorrow without my mum knowing were going to try and get my aunt to have custody of me and when my mum gets a subpoena shes going to find out and everything in her is going to just explode and its going to be really hard in this house but once this happens if my aunt doesn't get custody of me will i go back to her because if i go back to her if my aunt cant get me then I'm going to be in so much trouble i don't know what my mum would do to me and i don't want that to happen so i was just wondering if you could help me out that would be great thanks.
