How do I send an email to the account services at Yahoo?

I have a hacker and he is interfering so much that I cannot email whomever I want. His name is Alwyn Sylvester Whitehead and lives at 4508 S. Alladin Court here in Springfield, Missouri. He has blocked many of my messages and the messages of his last ex-wife. He is a con man and conned the both of us out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. He is a criminal and we want help getting him off both of our computers. He closes sessions and erases emails in the midst of my writing them. He has done many, many things to thuart our efforts. He has made Pam Pierce "Whitehead's" account and is the administrator of her account. He bugged her home everywhere an even had closed circuit T.V. In their divorce he paid her lawyers and private investigators and had the house she had paid for along with her parents help. We cannot email or talk on the phone without him hearing and reading everything we write and say. We try to turn him in and he knows about it. He, then, goes to whomever we ask for help and lets them know in his charismatic way that we are insane. He obtained a psychology degree with the government's grant he has not paid and with the help of Pam's parents. He became the administrator of her parent's bank account being the charismatic person he can be and stole directly out of their account. Why or how can he do these things? He is a true psychopath. He has slandered her and me on the internet. He even put her picture nude on the internet after the divorce. He took pictures of them making love from a hidden camera. She made it clear in the divorce that if he did that he would be breaking the divorce decree. We have gone to the police and the F.B.I. and they do not believe her. I guess you are not going to believe us either. I am asking for help and I see no reason why you would not want to help us even if we do sound crazy. We are certifiably sane.
