I never did any crazy things in my whole life but i dont know how in the world i got a subpoena..i need help?

Summons are for lawsuits. Subpoenas are for witnesses. It doesn't mean you did anything wrong, just that they want you to testify about something. The subpoena is a paper. They want to give them to you personally.
