What happens if I don't pay my photo radar ticket?

I borrowed my dad's car and got flashed in it. He wrote that it wasn't him and he gave them my info. If I ignore it for 15 more days (which will be 90 days from the day the offense allegedly took place) and don't get served, can it be dismissed? Or could they technically subpoena my dad to testify against me since he placed me in the car? I really don't have money to pay this (let alone pay my rent). I need all the help I can get.
