Is this right that my freedom of speech was taken away?

Each time I mention martial arts, cage fighting, fashion lines or expensive cars on my fb page, this man makes up a story to get me in trouble with the police. The last time I mentioned versace compared to martial arts, he made up a fake fb profile of me, sent terroristic threats to himself and got me arrested and put in jail. Now I'm being told that people are watching me and the next time I mention any of these things, I will be put in jail. Is this even right? Can my freedom of Speech be taken away from me because I am in the middle of a court case? I appreciate fashion but I feel like when I mention any type of clothing line, he is going to get mad and make up another story. He has already been blocked from my fb but he still sees the profile bc whenever I mention anything that he is affiliated with (which is nearly everything), it goes back to my family and friends and I get reprimanded. This is who he is: he is a martial artist who owns a MMA clothing line, him and his girlfriend use to work at walmart expensive car. I can't even "like" a walmart page bc he gets mad. I use to like martial arts until I was told I can't talk about it anymore. My lawyer has subpoenaed all of his and his girlfriend's phone and internet records to prove it was him who made that fake fb profile of me and sent out those death threats but until my name is cleared, I can't talk about anything that can possibly have anything to do with him (which is everything). I can't even talk about children or fathers bc he has an illegitimate child of whom he doesn't pay child support for. Everything gets back to my family and friends. Is it right that my freedom of Speech was taken away?
