Could i get in trouble? PLEASE help!?

about 10 months ago i went to a park with my friend, we had a couple of beers and we were waiting for these girls so instead of waiting we decided to drive around for 10 minutes. i didnt know my friend couldnt handle like 2 beers and he made a really dumb left turn and totalled both of the rides. i wasnt wearing my belt and my head hit the windshield cracking it. i scarred my head but didnt see a doctor. a couple months later i got a subpoena which means i have to testify against him. i wasnt driving but i was with him and have court tomorrow. i have stayed out of trouble my whole life but im scared i might get probation. is there anyway i can get in trouble if i just tell the truth? i am scared that if i admit to drinking, i will get in trouble too. the only charges are hit and run. so should i leave it or just tell everything. i have to go to court tomorrow and i want to get past this. please help. i am a good kid and i am so scared that the victim will be there. i cant look in his eyes especially if its a girl. i feel more than him. after the accident, we drove back to our city which took 40 minutes and he parked the car and partied like it was no problem. after the accident his mom told me not to tell the cops we were drinking but i told them because i dont want to take the fall for anything. i learned my lesson. please someone any advice? thank you.
