How to get out of a subpoena?!?

I'm sixteen and was subpoenaed. Now the only reason I believe I was subpoenaed is because I called the police. I had nothing to do with the incident besides calling the cops. I've had a flight booked for months now.and the court is scheduled for six days after my flight! Is there any way I can have it appealed so I can not miss my flight?
