Can i subpoena my ex girlfriends father to reveal her new address. They live in Spain?

My ex has been found guilty in court in England of theft and deception but has moved back to Spain. She has since moved from her parents address in Alto Del Mar to Malaga and I need to trace her. Once I have her new address I will hand this and the documentation over to the Spanish police to deal with. To let the Spanish authorities find her initially would take a long time and would incur a lot of cost. I would be very grateful if someone could advise me if my question is possible.
