How to get dr. to release records if they've refused (even refused subpoena)?

I am fighting a dissability case . Myself as well as my attorny have requested the release of my records to no avail. He has also contacted the judge wich issued a supeona . That has also been refused! Can they do that?? What steps can I take next?
