I can't send email with outlook express and MiFi from AT&T?

I have tried pop.mail.yahoo.com and plus.smpt.mail.yahoo.com as my outgoing servers, but it won't work. Didn't help to call AtT&T either. Ireceive messages fine, and can access yahoo mail directly and send messages through the server. Any ideas?
