Where can i find fake subpoena and jury duty notice templates?

Ok so for my social studies class, we are doing a mock trial to understand how a court room works. I got picked as judge and i have to print out 10 subpoena and jury duty notices, but can't find them. Do you think you can help me because i can't find them myself and you can find them because i found arrest and search warrants online that were fake, but not the others.
