Retrieve data from dead screen Razr?

I have an att Motorolla Razr (V3re) that the screen died and I need to retrieve my information from. I have used Phone Tools to retrieve my photos and contacts but do not see any references to my txt messages or voice records. I was hoping someone might have a suggestion as to how I can extract this info from my phone. Thanks if you can help!
