I was subpoena to go to court against the father of my unborn ima go but dont want to testify ?

I'm assuming you can't invoke the Fifth Amendment right not to testify on the grounds that it may incriminate you, so you have no choice. Should you choose not to answer questions put to you by the attorneys or judge, you will be held in civil contempt of court and jailed until you change your mind. The judge can do that -- for as long as it takes.
