Can he get arrested for filing a false police report and making up a fake fb profile?

Somebody made a fake fb profile of me and sent out terroristic threats ultimately sending me to jail for a month. I know who it was and once his computer and phone records are subpoenaed and its proven it was him, will he get arrested? He even went as far as making a police report telling the police that I did it. I know he will get charged with filing a false police report but will he get arrested ot hopefully go to jail?
